Tips for Winter Skin Care
Severe winter weather can wreak havoc on even the most healthy skin. Hydrating your face and body is important year-round, but essential during the winter months when we’re vulnerable to damage from cold climate. Drink more water
Dehydration is almost more of a problem during the winter months. In hot summer days, we tend to drink more water due to the heat but we tend to forget to do so in the winter time. Our skin need the adequate hydration to look healthy and good. Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
